Welcome to Invoics, a platform provided by Everlo, MB ("we," "us," "our"). By using Invoics, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invoics, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform.
2. Eligibility
Invoics is intended for individuals or businesses that require assistance with invoicing. To use Invoics, you must be either on a free trial or a paid subscription plan. Free users are not eligible to access the platform. By using the Service, you represent that you are engaged in a business activity and meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Services Provided
Invoics offers the following services:
- Bulk invoice generation
- Manual invoice creation
- Invoice editing
- Invoice export in PDF format
Invoics acts solely as a user interface layer for generating invoices based on the data you provide through integration with third-party services such as Stripe. Invoics does not store, manage, or handle any financial data from these third-party providers.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 API Key
To use the invoicing features of Invoics, you are responsible for providing a valid API key from your chosen third-party service provider (e.g., Stripe). Invoics does not store or access your financial information, and any errors or issues arising from incorrect API keys or data provided by these third-party services are your responsibility.
4.2 Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the Invoics platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the accuracy of invoice details, customer information, and tax data.
4.3 Compliance with Tax and Legal Requirements
Invoics only provides a tool for generating invoices based on the data you supply. We are not responsible for ensuring the correctness of any tax information or legal requirements associated with your business transactions. You are responsible for complying with applicable tax regulations and laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
By using Invoics, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Invoics is not liable for any errors, service outages, or interruptions in service.
- Invoics is not responsible for incorrect data, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the invoices you generate using the platform.
- Any use of the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or false invoicing practices is strictly prohibited and is your sole responsibility.
- Invoics provides no warranty for the accuracy or performance of invoices generated using data from third-party providers such as Stripe.
- We strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly, but we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted performance of the Service.
6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Free Trial and Paid Subscriptions
Access to Invoics requires either a free trial or an active paid subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are current and that your subscription is valid.
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise required by law.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Invoics if we detect any malicious usage patterns, including but not limited to:
- Abuse of free trials
- Exceeding rate limits
- Attempts to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform
Termination of your account for such activities may be done at our discretion without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, we encourage you to contact us at info@invoics.com to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania in accordance with Lithuanian law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invoics (Everlo, MB) from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- The accuracy, legality, and compliance of the data you enter and the invoices you generate
11. Changes to the Terms of Service
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or within the application. Continued use of Invoics following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
